Clear guidelines for cancellations to ensure fairness for all members

At 29 Travel Club, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer members reasonable flexibility while also respecting the time, preparation, and commitment hosts make when opening their homes to fellow members.

Because hosts often organize their own travel plans around confirmed stays, the following guidelines help ensure fairness and reliability for everyone in the community.

Guest Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation

Members may cancel a confirmed stay up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival date, or within 48 hours of confirming the booking, without any penalty.

In these cases, the $299 administrative fee and deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. The Admin fee and deposit will not be refunded.

29 Travel Club – Host Cancellation Policy

While unexpected situations may occasionally arise, canceling a confirmed stay can significantly disrupt another member's travel plans. To preserve the trust and reliability of the 29 Travel Club community, hosts are expected to make every effort to honor confirmed stays.

Flexible Cancellation

Hosts may cancel a confirmed stay up to 45 days before the guest's arrival date, or within 48 hours of confirming the booking, without penalty.

Late Host Cancellation

Cancellations made within 30 days of the guest's arrival may result in stronger measures, including:

  • temporary suspension of hosting privileges
  • reduced booking priority within the platform
  • review of membership standing

These policies are designed to maintain the reliability and trust that the community depends on.

Excessive Cancellations and Member Conduct

29 Travel Club operates as a trusted global community of homeowners, and reliability is essential to the experience of all members.

  • • Members who cancel two stays within a 12-month period will have their membership reviewed and could face termination.
  • • If a member violates the platform's Terms of Service, 29 Travel Club reserves the right to cancel any confirmed or active stays without prior notice.
  • • The platform may also review cases of repeated late cancellations and take appropriate action if cancellations appear unnecessary or inconsistent with the community's standards.

These policies are not meant to be punitive. Their purpose is to protect the integrity of the 29 Travel Club community and ensure a dependable experience for all members.
