Welcome members of all backgrounds, beliefs, and lifestyles. Discrimination has no place in 29 Travel Club.

Expected Behavior

For All Members

  • ✓ Be honest and accurate in your profile information
  • ✓ Communicate respectfully and promptly with other members
  • ✓ Honor agreements and commitments you make
  • ✓ Respect house rules and property boundaries
  • ✓ Report safety concerns or violations immediately
  • ✓ Treat all members with dignity regardless of age, gender, race, religion, or background
  • ✓ Follow local laws and regulations

For Travel Members

  • ✓ Treat the host's home as if it were your own
  • ✓ Follow all house rules provided by the host
  • ✓ Respect quiet hours and neighbor considerations
  • ✓ Report any damage or issues immediately
  • ✓ Leave the home in the same condition you found it
  • ✓ Do not invite unauthorized guests into the property
  • ✓ Respect the host's privacy and personal belongings

For Host Members

  • ✓ Provide an accurate description and photos of your home
  • ✓ Ensure the property meets safety and cleanliness standards
  • ✓ Clearly communicate house rules before the stay
  • ✓ Respect the travel member's privacy during their stay
  • ✓ Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
  • ✓ Maintain the property in good condition
  • ✓ Do not access private areas without permission or emergency

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from 29 Travel Club:

Violence & Harassment

  • • Physical assault or threats
  • • Sexual harassment or abuse
  • • Discrimination or hate speech
  • • Bullying or intimidation

Illegal Activity

  • • Drug manufacturing or distribution
  • • Weapons possession
  • • Theft or fraud
  • • Any criminal activity

Property Violations

  • • Intentional property damage
  • • Unauthorized parties or guests
  • • Smoking in non-smoking areas
  • • Excessive noise or disturbance

Dishonesty

  • • False profile information
  • • Fraudulent reviews or ratings
  • • Misrepresentation of property
  • • Breach of confidentiality

Enforcement & Consequences

Minor Violations

First-time minor violations may result in a warning, required training, or temporary suspension. Examples include minor rule violations or communication issues.

Serious Violations

Serious violations result in immediate suspension or permanent removal. Examples include harassment, property damage, or violation of community standards.

Criminal Activity

Any criminal activity results in immediate permanent removal and cooperation with law enforcement. We have zero tolerance for illegal behavior.

Appeals Process

Members may appeal enforcement decisions within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by our Community Standards team and a final determination will be made.

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly. We do not tolerate retaliation against members who report violations in good faith.
